Mike Lewis
Business Development Manager

Mr. Mike Lewis draws upon nearly 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, management and client services across diverse industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, transportation, logistics and healthcare to promote and represent Sentry Logistic Solutions. As the business development manager, he establishes sales objectives, builds strategic industry relationships and generates national market awareness for the company’s services. In this role, Mr. Lewis works to create unique customer solutions and serves as an advocate for Sentry’s clients, striving to provide a positive experience for customers through the life of the relationship. In addition to his direct role in client services, Mr. Lewis also is responsible for developing Sentry’s financial forecasts, generating leads, identifying new revenue streams, developing pricing models, tracking and analyzing sales metrics and managing customer loyalty.
Prior to joining Sentry, Mr. Lewis served as a sales manager for an executive recruiting agency, where he focused on developing business processes that led to increased productivity. Mr. Lewis also has held a variety of business development positions for nationally-based companies, including EcoLab Inc., Stryker Inc. and Nalco Chemical Company. In these positions, he directed sales initiatives, developed training programs and improved sales processes. In addition to business development, Mr. Lewis also has experience as a chemist at Eli Lilly & Company, Inc.
Mr. Lewis received a B.A. degree in chemistry from DePauw University. He also has completed extensive professional training in business development, management, client services and leadership.
